Positive: On the positive side, the hosts have done what they can to make it a nice stay. Some home baking, some chocolates were a nice touch. It's nicely decorated and the beds were comfy. Good shower. The hosts communicated well and we had no trouble finding the place or getting in. It was affordable.

Negative: What lets them down is that we (and it looks like for previous guests too) is that when you book a " stylish apartment with two bedrooms " you would naturally expect a two bedroom apartment... but this space is just a bit too odd to call it an apartment. It's actually just a hallway, two bedrooms and the bathroom, with a small awkward area in the hall that acts as the 'kitchenette' There is no place to relax (unless you include the two chairs either side of the entrance door) and if you want to wash your mugs it needs to be done in the bathroom sink. You most definitely would not want to stay here as a family or two couples. The listing also says "the whole place is yours" and when you see the photo of the front of the place, it fools you into thinking that the whole place is yours - but with the hosts just on the other side of the hall door, it certainly doesn't feel like it is. You could tell they were doing their best to stay quiet, but you can still hear breakfast being made and the dishwasher being emptied etc. It also says Air Conditioning. This is not true. There is a small heater in the hall, that is set on a timer to turn off after an hour. In winter, this really isn't enough and I was freezing. There is no air conditioning unit, so if it was hot in summer, that heater in the hall won't help.

Summary: This is a tricky one to rate...the hosts have tried but if falls short of the mark.
